Ten Years in Textiles, Forging a New Era
On April 28, 2025, Xinjiang Litai Silk Road Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Litai Korla") 10th Anniversary Symposium was held successfully in the activity room C2 of the comprehensive building. There were nearly 100 participants, including supervisors and cadres above the supervisory level, and staff representatives from Lite Korla, as well as leaders from Lite Xingshi in Korla, Xinjiang.
At the symposium, Zhang Yueping, President of the Jinsheng Group and CEO of the Litai Xingshi company, delivered heartfelt blessings and warm greetings via video call. Reviewing the company's ten-year history, he paid tribute to the present and called on all employees to adopt a proactive mindset, starting afresh with a reset attitude and embarking on a new journey to the beat of the war drum. He encouraged them to strive to write the legend of Litai's second golden decade on the Silk Road Economic Belt.
Wang Yaowu, President of Litai Xingshi and General Manager of the Litai Korla, systematically outlined the company's developmental journey through seven "over the past decade" points, analyzed the current economic landscape, and concluded with a call to action: "A decade is not the end, but a milestone to set forth a new toward greater heights." Facing the new journey, as a leading force and industry benchmark in " the Belt and Road initiative", Litai Xinshi remains ever-present. We will continue to forge ahead step by step, witnessing the convergence and transformation of the cotton textile industry in the new era alongside our peers, and ushering in an even brighter future.
All attendees were invited to watch the documentary A Decade of Craftsmanship, which recounted the company's journey. Executives and employee representatives shared their experiences over the past decade at Litai and conveyed their sincere wishes for the company's development. An employee representative said that thanks to the company's training, he has grown from newcomers to experts in his respective fields with full harvest and sense of achievement.
Capacity Upgrade Drives High-Quality Development in Cotton Textile Industry
At 10:58 a.m. on 29 April 2025, Factory No. 11 of the Phase III project in the Litai Korla Industrial Park officially commenced operations, marking a new chapter in the company's cotton textile endeavours. This historic moment was witnessed by Wang Yaowu, President of Litai Xingshi and General Manager of the Litai Korla company; Zhu Huimin, Director of Human Resources at Litai Xingshi; Wei Fenfang, Director of Infrastructure at Litai Xingshi; and over 60 executives, key technical staff, and employee representatives.
With a total investment of 598 million yuan, the factory is equipped with the most advanced full set of production equipment, testing instruments and intelligent systems in the current industry. It provides over 300 job opportunities, cultivates a large number of modern industrial workers, drives industrial transformation and upgrading in the Korla Development Zone, enhances the quality and efficiency of economic development, and contributes to the high-quality growth of the cotton textile industry.
